Lexus recalls, complaints, and safety ratings

Across 19 Lexus models and 255 model years (2000–2026), matched NHTSA records on this site add up to 223 recalls and 3,515 complaints (recall file dated Oct 23, 2026; complaint file dated Oct 23, 2026). A campaign that covers more than one model year is counted on each of those pages, so the recall total is not a count of distinct campaigns. EPA combined mpg for non-electric configurations in the file dated Sep 29, 2026 runs from 13–46 mpg.
