Mercury recalls, complaints, and safety ratings
Across 11 Mercury models and 60 model years (2000–2011), matched NHTSA records on this site add up to 141 recalls and 10,171 complaints (recall file dated Oct 23, 2026; complaint file dated Oct 23, 2026). A campaign that covers more than one model year is counted on each of those pages, so the recall total is not a count of distinct campaigns. EPA combined mpg for non-electric configurations in the file dated Sep 29, 2026 runs from 14–39 mpg.
